The Linhay - 1 Bedroom - Sleeps 2

A cobbled path leads to the Linhay alongside an ornamental fishpond which is well stocked with Koi, Orfe and Goldfish. The parking space is about 30 paces from the front door. To the rear of the property is a large private deck area with garden furniture overlooking the wildlife area. The deck is accessed from the back door via the kitchen

You enter the lounge through a stable door. The lounge is dual-aspect and has two 2 seater sofas, a wood burner as well as full central heating. The lighting is dimmable for the cosy evenings in. Stairs lead to the 1 st floor. An archway leads to the kitchen/diner.

The kitchen is as all kitchens at Lerwell with every thing we think you would need. Again dual-aspect and with a full-length glazed window and door overlooking the deck and the wild life ponds.

 

On the first floor is the bedroom and bathroom.

The galleried and beamed bedroom faces the rear of the property having a king sized sleigh bed and plenty of room for cot if required. A cottage door leads to an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and high-pressure shower above.
