The Smithy – 2 Bedrooms – sleeps 5/6 |
There is a cobbled path leading to the stable door. The parking area is about 20 paces from the front door and adjacent to the back gate. This leads to a large private deck with garden furniture overlooking the wildlife area. There is access to the kitchen/diner through the French doors. |
| You enter the lounge through the front door. The room is dual aspect and has two sofas including a sofabed. The feature fireplace contains a wood burner to warm cold winter evenings. The dimmable lighting makes it cosy as well. The kitchen is accessed through a panelled glazed door |

The fully fitted kitchen is as all kitchens at Lerwell. Again, dual aspect with full-length glazed French doors over looking its own deck. There is plenty of room at the farmhouse table for 6 people. |
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double room with sleigh bed. Bedroom 2 is a triple bedroom furnished with 3ft single beds. The bathroom has a corner whirlpool bath with high pressured shower above. |

The play area is just beyond the Smithy. It is post and rail fenced with swings at the bottom. There is room to kick a ball around, fly a kite, play badminton etc. You can also just sit at one of the picnic benches and keep an eye on the children. |
