The Stables is suitable for the less able having a ramp to the front door and all doors on the ground floor are extra wide with low thresholds. The down stairs bedroom has an en-suite wet room. At the rear of the property is the level fenced, decked area with raised flower beds and a barbecue. There are 2/3 parking spaces next to the back gate.

You enter the property through the stable door into the fully fitted kitchen with its eight person farmhouse kitchen table. This is a light and airy room. To the left is the lounge and to the right the down stairs bedroom and wetroom.

The lounge has two 3-seater sofas (one is a sofabed) and one 2 seater. There is a feature fireplace with oak mantle and wood burning stove, and the ceiling is beamed. French doors lead to the decked area with its pergola, raised flowerbeds and rear gate to the parking area.

The ground floor bedroom has a double sleigh bed and en-suite wetroom with tower shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms and bathroom.

Bedroom 1 is to the front of the property with views of the ornamental fish ponds, it is a double room with sleigh bed.

Bedroom 2 is to the rear of the property with views of the countyside and has bunk beds plus a single bed.

The airy bathroom has a double-ended whirlpool bath with powerful shower over.
